The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application process.

Applications are now open and may close on 15 December 2024.

*** Who qualifies for NSFAS funding

To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant will have to meet the following requirements:

• Be considered a South African citizen or copyright who arises from a home using a combined gross residence income that does not exceed R350 000 for every annum.
